Working in an ever-evolving market, our goal is to create a context that enables our consultants to improve their skills, be it technical or functional.
Since 2016, we are awarded with the CIR Accreditation – the research tax credit due to our R&D activities. It enables us to tackle our clients’ highly technical challenges.
Since 2019, HR Team has also obtained the Crédit Impôt Innovation (Innovation Tax Credit), following substantial expenses in innovation.

HR Team & Scalian: a merger that opens our group to new possibilities! Founded in 1989, Scalian is a company transformation specialist, thanks to its mastery of company processes and digital technologies. This enables HR Team and its subsidiaries to offer a larger set of projects to their employees, and new services to their customers. Scalian Group now accounts for 4000 teammates and €400 million in revenue. The journey goes on!
