What you’ll be doing.
You’ll be joining the IT team of one of our customers to work on multiple projects.
Major Duties & Responsibilities.
- Support for customer support requests over the phone or through a portal,
- Customer relationship,
- Examination of requests in coordination with engineering teams and centralization of responses,
- Trace requests through a Portal,
- Realization of documentation,
- Trainer on a business application,
- Displacements on the national territory.
- A 2 – 3 Years College diploma or University degree in the field of computer science or related field, and/or 2 years equivalent work experience.
